Exchange policy

You have 72 hours from the time of delivery to request an exchange. We will not accept exchange requests after this period.

You can simply send us email here: - support@warmreps.com .With order details and explaining why you want to exchange.

The item should be in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached

The first exchange for any order is completely free.

Exchanges are only possible with the same product with different size (colour variant exchanges not allowed). You cannot exchange product with any different item in place of the original item for which you have placed your order.

In case your size is not available due to some reason or if we are out of stock for your size. we will initiate a refund for your order in such circumstances.

After receiving your order at our workspace, we will do a quality check if quality check of product is passed, we will accept your exchange.
Return policy

You have 72 hours from the time of delivery to request return. We will not accept return requests after this period.

The first return for any order is free — you’ll only need to cover the reverse pickup charges, which will be calculated based on your location. If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you may be requested to return the product using a trusted courier service.

Refund will not include shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

After receiving your order at our workspace, we will do a quality check if quality check of product is passed, we will accept your Return.
Refund: - If the quality check of product is passed. we will refund the amount to original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please note that it may take up to 7 days or in some cases maybe more than that for the amount to reflect in your bank. Please contact your bank for more information.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via payout link. We will send you the link. Enter your UPI or Bank details there and the refund will be processed. In some cases, for cash on delivery orders we can send you refund through UPI or bank transfer.
Note: - Customer only have to pay Reverse Pick -up Charges (RTO)
CANCELLATION
you can only cancel your order before the product has been shipped by us. In order to cancel your order, you can send us email here: - support@warmreps.com
Defective/ Wrong product/Missing item
you have to inform us within 24 hours period in case you received wrong/ defective product at the time of delivery. You can email us here: - support@warmreps.com
You yourself have to send us the product
you also have to send us images and video of product describing what issue you have faced
After analysing product and video we will inform you, our decision.
