Order Processing Time
We process your order as quickly as we can after receiving your order confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on location

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees set by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to the courier’s fault, customers will not incur any financial loss. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any missing, stolen, or damaged parcels after confirmed delivery at the recipient’s address.

Incomplete/Incorrect Shipping addresses:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges resulting from address errors will be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
